HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 5 business days*. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice/delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delays in receiving your order. The above times are also estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

The items that are available for pre-order are usually still in mid-production. The current wait time is 7-14 business days, excluding shipping and processing time. The 7-14 business days wait is for the garment to be produced in our local factory. Please take this into consideration when purchasing a pre-order product.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE THE PARCEL IS PROCESSED

Orders cannot not be modified/canceled once the parcel has been processed.

WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES?

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

God Save Queens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. All the shipping costs for orders are non refundable. If you are experiencing problems with delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking number so that they can provide you with a proof of delivery. You can add ORDER PROCTECTION. To fill a claim go to claims.orderprotection.com and sign in with your order number and e-mail.
