PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro and CB Bank. Note, cards issued that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted, therefore we recommend using PayPal as an alternative. You can use any form of payment method in your PayPal account in your country. Once you have added a payment method, you can use our one-click PayPal express feature for a fast checkout. Online Gift Cards - Each credit carries a code that can be entered when completing checkout.

GSQ GIFT CARDS

GOD SAVE QUEENS gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Any gift card purchased on godsavequeens.com is only valid on our official website. Gift cards that are purchased on godsavequeens.com and store credits issued for a return do not have an expiration date. Please remember that all gift card purchases are final sale.

PRICE MATCH

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down. We apologize for this inconvenience!

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 5 business days. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice as well as delivery location. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for processing an order during sale periods. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday or express delivery. GSQ is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems. ORDER VERIFICATION

All orders may be subjected to order verification. This is to ensure the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that ships was authorized by the cardholder. If we put your order on hold we will reach out immediately to ensure there are minimal delays in processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your current order if it hasn't been shipped so that you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@godsavequeens.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We'll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however we do process orders fast, and once your order is packed or shipped we can not cancel it at that time.

ORDER STATUS

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to synchronize and appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order has been shipped and it's still in transit you can change the delivery address with DHL by going onto https://delivery.dhl.com/on-demand-delivery.xhtml?ctrycode=US and choosing to manage shipment as a guest. Once you enter your waybill number, you will be sent a security code to the phone number you provided when checking out. Once you do so you will be able to manage your shipment.

We offer a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at GSQ. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories, so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about a specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find the perfect size. NUDE vs DEEP NUDE

Nude and deep nude are our see-through mesh variations. The deep nude is a much warmer tone that is more suitable for darker skin tones, the nude is better for lighter skin tones. These color meshes are also currently used in the Gigi Bikini and Angelina Dress.

CLEANING

The best way to clean the garments would be to very carefully hand wash them in lukewarm water. There are some detergents for delicate and lingerie wash that you can use to delicately get any harder stains out, if water by itself will not do the job. I would however first test the detergent on a small bit of the garment to make sure there are no extreme reactions. Due to the nature of the delicate mesh and materials used in the making of our lingerie, you have to be very careful when using detergents. You can then let it air dry, we recommend drying it on a flat surface.
