The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 2 business days. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice/delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience delayS in receiving your order. The shipping times are also estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

We provide a fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure and accept not only size exchanges of the same product, but also exchanges for different products. One exchange is free of charge, unless you decide to exchange for a piece that is more expensive than the one originally bought. Then you will receive the link to transfer the difference cost.
